You can view the information in your Qii by logging in. There are two ways to view your Qii. You can log in via the Qii app to view your recent ‘Deelacties’ (applications to houses). Use your personal pin to log into the app. Did you forget your pincode? Contact us via the form at the bottom of this page.
You can also log in via the e-mail you received after completing your Qii. Did you not receive this message? Contact us and we will resend it.
Want to delete your Qii? Go to ‘Account’ in the Qii app and click on ‘Delete my account’/’Verwijder mijn account’. Notice, your applications to rental houses will be removed as well.

When you want to create or update your Qii, the Qii app will ask for a verificationcode. You have to start creating your Qii via the link of a provider. Fill in the questions and you will find the verification code on the last page of the process. By filling in this verification code, you will connect the questions you filled in to the information you are about to collect in the Qii app.

Log in to your Qii app with your pincode. Click on the ‘Deelactie’ (shared information) with your provider and click on ‘+ Persoon toevoegen’ (add person). Choose the role of the person you want to invite (medebewoner/co habitant or borgsteller/guarantor), copy the link and click on ‘Opslaan’ (save). Send the link to the person you want to invite.
As soon as this person has completed their Qii, you can share your information together.

What is Qii?
Qii is an online service for you as a homeseeker to create your digital profile. With this profile you can let a rental agency view your data. With this dataset you can apply safely and quick to rental properties.
How does Qii work?
By using the Qii app to log in with your DigiD information, you will collect your own data from MijnOverheid, Belastingdienst and Mijn UWV. You have insight in which information each governmental source will collect and store in your Qii. Your profile can be shared safely with a provider, like a rental agency.
How do I create a Qii?
Is Qii safe?
Qii has taken fitted technical and organizational measures to protect your (personal) data from being lost or use in any shape of unlawful processing. Would you like to know more about these measures? Read about it in our privacy statement.
In addition, the Qii app will not store your data. After you have completed the session or stop the process, all information in the app will be removed. Even after the rental agency or broker have been given permission to view your information, the information will not be stored in the app.

Who can view my data?
With the mobile app, you will collect your own information from DigiD. Qii, or the rental agency can not view your DigiD-account. The mobile app will not save your information while creating your Qii. The app will only save the information needed to create your profile. The information in your Qii can be viewed by yourself and the rental agency who you have given permission.
I do not have a DigiD, can I still create a Qii?
To use the Qii app, you have to log into your DigiD account. Did you forget your DigiD information or do you not have a DigiD account? Then you cannot use the Qii app.
Request your information at digid.nl. Or ask the provider or rental agency for an alternative way to apply to residences.
What do I need to create a Qii?
With the Qii app you will log in to three governmental sources with your DigiD account. Make sure that your DigiD account is activated and you have your log in information on hand.
To connect with the three governmental sources, we ask you to actitvate your MijnOverheid environment. To be able to log in to the UWV, you have to activate your SMS verification. You can activate the SMS verification on the website of DigiD.
How does Qii get my data?
With the Qii app you will collect your data by logging in yourself with DigiD. This way the information from the three sources will be collected:
• MijnOverheid
• Belastingdienst
• UWV
The app will automatically log you out again. No log in information will be stored in the app.
The Qii app will not make an automatic connection to the governmental sources. Only the necessary and recognized information will be stored in your Qii.
Can I use the DigiD app?
No that is not possible. You can only log in with your username and password.
Can someone help me with creating my Qii?
Because you have to log in yourself with your DigiD account, you can only create a Qii profile for yourself. We can of course assist you with this. Contact our Help & Support team so one of our members can help you along. We can also make an appointment for a moment that suits you. We will gladly help you along if needed.
I have a comment or complaint, where can I communicate this?
At Qii we like to learn from our users. Are you not satisfied with our service or process or do you have feedback or a complaint about Qii? We would love to hear from you! Contact us so we can take care of your feedback.
Change data.
Can I change the information in my Qii?
Some information in your Qii can be changed. The information collected from the governtmental sources (MijnOverheid, the Belastingdienst and the UWV) can not be changed. This is verified information from the government.
Do you think that something might be incorrect? Check your source first by logging into MijnOverheid.

How can I update my Qii?
Your Qii profile will be valid for three months. When your Qii is outdated, you will automatically get the option to update your information, when you apply to a residence.
Want to update your Qii in advance, for example if something has changed in your income situation? This can be done via the Qii app.
My marital status has changed, how can I update this?
If your marital status has changed because you got married or divorced, you have to change this for the government. As soon as the information in your MijnOverheid account has been updated, Qii can update your information as well.

My phone number or e-mail address has changed, can I adjust this?
You can change your e-mailaddress in the Qii app. Log in with your pincode and go to ‘Account’. Click on ‘Aanpassen’ or ‘Change’ to change your e-mailaddress. Click on ‘Opslaan’ or ‘Save’ tot save your adjustment. The e-mailaddress will be changed directly.

Upload documents.
How can I correct my SV-income?
Are you in wage labor? Then we can correct your SV-income. Log into your Qii and use the button underneath your SV-income, saying ‘My SV-income is different’. Upload an employer’s statement and a recent payment specifiation or payslip. We can only correct your income using those two documents.
How can I add documents to my Qii?
Only by request of a rental agency you can add additional documents to your Qii. Ask the rental agency to request the necessary information in your Qii profile. You will receive an e-mail with which you can safely upload the document(s) to your Qii.
The rental agency has asked me to upload a document, how can I add this?
Only by request of a rental agency, can you add a document to your Qii. Ask the rental agency to request the necessary document(s). You will receive an e-mail with which you can safely upload this to your Qii.
Never send a document with personal information via the e-mail! We can not add anything for you and we can not guarantee the safety of your information this way.
Who can view my additional document(s)?
Only the provider(s) you have specifically given permission to view your data, can view these additional document(s).
I am not sure if I have uploaded something in my Qii, can I check this?
The rental agency will automatically receive a message if you have uploaded something at their request. Want to check if the document(s) has been uploaded correctly? Contact the rental agency for this.
Groups/households.
How can I change the composition of my household?
Soon you will be able to adjust your household via the Qii app.
Would you like to invite a co habtitant or did you forget to invite a guarantor, or are you not sure if your household has been completed? Contact our Help & Service team and we will help you along.
I forgot to invite my partner/co habtitant/guarantor, can I still invite them?
Log in to your Qii app with your pincode. Click on the ‘Deelactie’ (shared information) with your provider and click on ‘+ Persoon toevoegen’ (add person). Choose the role of the person you want to invite (medebewoner/co habitant or borgsteller/guarantor), copy the link and click on ‘Opslaan’ (save). Send the link to the person you want to invite.
As soon as this person has completed their Qii, you can share your information together.

I cannot see the information of my partner or co habitant?
That is correct. Qii is a personal profile with personal information. You cannot view the personal data or a different person. Are you not sure if your household or group has been created correctly? Just contact us and we will check this with you.
How do I remove someone from my household?
Go to the Qii app and click on your deelactie (shared information). Click on the trashcan next to the name of the person you want to remove.
When you remove a co habtitant, you will remove them from your household as well as your applications to houses.
After removing them, you can apply to houses again with only your personal information.
Why can I not invite someone in the Qii app?
Only the head of the household can invite people to your household. If you do not see the option to invite someone, in the Qii app, then you are probably the co habitant instead of the head of the household. Ask the head of the household to invited someone for you.
Income.
My income is not correct, can I change this?
In your Qii account you will find two types of income. The income collected from the UWV and the tax income, collected from the Belastingdienst.
The tax income, from the Belastingdienst can not be changed. If you want to update your Qii, contact Help & Service.
What is SV-income?
SV-income is the amount with which your annual income will be calculated. The SV-income stand for social security income, meaning the wage amount before the deduction of several cost items (for example a pension or a personal budget plan).
The amount on your payment specification could be stated under a different name, for example SVW-loon, heffingsloon, loon LB/HB, depending on the country you have been working in.

How can I request an income correction?
Are you an entrepreneur or self-employed? Then only the rental agency can correct your income. The rental agency can estimate which additional documents they might need to correct your income. Contact the rental agency for this.
Are you an employee? Then we can correct your SV-income if you can show us an employer’s statement and a recent (pro forma) payment specification.
There are some exceptions where Qii can not correct your SV-income. For example, if you applied to De Alliantie or WoningNet. If you have an employment contract for 0 hours or if you work for an employment agency Qii cannot recalculate your SV-income.
Is the income in my Qii personal or from my shared household?
In your Qii account you have stored information from your own DigiD information. Only your personal information will be shown in your Qii. If you want to apply to residenced with a co habitant or partner, you can add this person’s Qii account to your household or group. This way the rental agency can view both your incomes added up.
Are you connecting your Qii to your WoningNet? Then the aggregated income of all people in your household will be added together. The aggregated income of your household has been collected from the Belastingdienst.

How can I log in to my Qii?

The Qii app requests a verification code but I don't have one?
When you want to create or update your Qii, the Qii app will ask for a verificationcode. You have to start creating your Qii via the link of a provider. Fill in the questions and you will find the verification code on the last page of the process. By filling in this verification code, you will connect the questions you filled in to the information you are about to collect in the Qii app.

What happens to my information during maintenance or an error?
Because the Qii app does not store any information, your data will be lost if an error occures will creating your Qii. Therefore it might happend that you have to start over again. This is might seem inconvenient but it is for the best. Qii does not and can not save information without a legal basis.
Why is the Qii app not available?
The Qii app is dependent from the governmental sources. Whenever there is maintenance or an error at MijnOverheid, Belastingdienst or the UWV, the Qii app will not be available.
If you are currently not in the Netherlands or have your App Store or Google Playstore account set to a different country, the Qii app might also not be available for you to download. This has to do with country restrictions.
Why can I not log into the UWV?
Because of a more strict inlog method at the UWV, you have to activate SMS verification set in your DigiD account.
Go to DigiD.nl and sign into your account. Go to the section ‘SMS Verification‘, you will see ‘Active‘ of ‘Inactive‘ here. Make sure you activate this and check if your phonenumber is up to date.
I did not receive the e-mail to log in?
The e-mail could have been placed in the spam/unwanted folder. Check this first.
Are you not sure if you have filled in the correct e-mail address or did you not receive the e-mail? Contact our support team so we can resend it.
Delete.
How can I delete my Qii?
Want to delete your Qii? Go to ‘Account’ in the Qii app and click on ‘Delete my account’/’Verwijder mijn account’. Notice, your applications to rental houses will be removed as well.
